Stirrup Brook

M28 - Leafield were requested to meet the client to discuss the possibility of submitting a tender for a proposed side first floor extension to include a bedroom, a bathroom, a dressing room and a staircase leading up to a mezzanine floor suspended from the roof structure. After initial discussions and subsequent tender submission, we were invited to proceed with the contract.

The finished product was something we at Leafield were extremely proud of. Salford Building Control also commented on the breathtaking end result stating it was a prestigious achievement, which enhanced what was already a beautiful home.

My wife and I had spent a considerable time developing our design to the minute details and had a very particular development in mind.
