Leafield Construction carry out regular maintenance contracts for many estate agents, management companies, private landlords as well as commercial and domestic clients.  We offer a full range of services ranging from emergency call outs for leaks, board ups and lock changes to general property repairs and maintenance. We can advise or attend to communal dwellings to include emergency lighting and intercom door entry systems.  We can offer a full landlord support service, handling property maintenance and general repairs as well as providing both electric and gas certificates for domestic landlords.
